Speed, speed!

As early as December 2023, we have already opened a new location in Maxhütte-Haidhof a 34.80 m long and 3.00 m high RAU climate wall (R3), which will protect the new residential area “lena” (stands for “living, shopping, nature and arrival”) from noise. The new project, now in collaboration with HD-Bau Gewerbe GmbH, is slightly shorter but considerably higher.

Behind an existing shopping center, a further 47,000 m² site was developed to accommodate a full-range retailer with a large beverage store and the Lidl discount store. A total of 165 parking spaces for customer traffic will also be created on the site.

However, it is not only customer traffic that causes noise, but also deliveries. That is why those responsible the proven, fully planted RAU noise barrier (R3). was planned. This time at an impressive height of 5.00 m and a length of 18.36 m between the road and the goods receiving area.

With good planning and the full commitment of our team, we were able to complete it quickly in just two days before the “Day of German Unity” public holiday. That pleases us and the client.
