New development area on Apfeltranger Strasse
RAU.bayern builds ecological noise barriers in Bavaria, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, and even in Mallorca, which are a sustainable alternative to traditional noise barriers. Not only are they effective in reducing noise, they are also aesthetically pleasing and help to improve the natural habitat.
However, the new order from Brutschin-Conductor Allgäu GmbH could have the working title “Home game for our installation professionals”. In the large Kaufbeuren development area along Apfeltranger Straße, we are already realizing the second project after 2021, a 75.00 m long and 3.00 m high RAU Klimawand R3, which will be supplemented by a RAU Rock (length 15.25 m, height 3.00 m). This construction site is practically on our doorstep, which pleases not only the managing director but also the employees. This time they can sleep in their own beds instead of in a hotel “on site”. Construction of the project started on 07.09.2023 and, weather permitting, we will be able to complete it in the 38th calendar week. After that, it’s back out into the “wide world”.
