Compliance with noise limits at construction sites

A new school campus is being built around the listed Leibniz-Gymnasium school with several new buildings in the middle of Stuttgart’s Feuerbach district. The heart of the new school is the forum building, which houses a large, multifunctional canteen, the school café and the school library, as well as the school’s artistic areas. The two flanking new buildings house the science classes and the general teaching area for years 5-10.

Construction work on this scale is intensive. However, it is also legitimate to insist on compliance with noise limits. Since July of this year, we have therefore been building mobile noise barriers on the new school campus: our RAU Rock Mobil. There are three construction phases in total. Construction is expected to be completed in 2029.
