RAU Klimawand plus RAU Rock with ram pipe drilling
DIBAG Industriebau AG from Munich has built a 20,000 m² warehouse, logistics and assembly hall for Yasakawa on a site covering a total of almost 80,000 m² at Eggenberger Feld in Allershausen in a record time of just six months. The first construction phase was completed at the end of 2023.
DIBAG has once again proven that rapid realization can also be sustainable. The new hall with integrated office space was awarded the gold certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
This construction concept has now been followed in a further construction phase by a two-part noise barrier, which is also dedicated to sustainability and speed.
A 226 m long RAU climate wall (R3) with a height of 3.00 m was completed in around 1 month. The steel girders for the 50 meter RAU Rock Wall with a height of 7.00 m are also in place and have been set in concrete. They were anchored in the ground by our colleagues from Berlin by means of pile driving. The concrete aprons are also already in place so that the RAU Rock elements can be pushed in soon.
Now it’s time for a break, as the general contractor still has some work to do. We can then erect the last 80 m of RAU climate wall. Fast, economical and sustainable. That’s how building should be, that’s how noise protection should be!
