Am Kapellenberg" project

Creußen boasts a charming old town and numerous historical sights. Young singles and couples like to move to this town. Its location close to the lively university town of Bayreuth and the short distances in the circular town center are a huge advantage for students. But many long-established families have also lived here for generations.

This is exactly the mix that young families want for their future. The aim of this urban development plan is therefore to further strengthen Creußen’s residential function and meet local housing needs. The new “Am Kapellenberg” development area with a total of 75 building plots is located in the south of Creußen and between 470 and 920 m as the crow flies from the town center.

The proximity to the town center, which was desired by everyone, limited the possibilities for building areas, as Creußen is surrounded by the main road, freeway and railroad line. However, a suitable area was found at Peitschenstein. In order to create a quiet residential area here, green RAU noise protection along the Bayreuth/Nuremberg railroad line and the state road 2120 was planned from the outset.

We have two RAU climate walls R3 on behalf of W. Markgraf GmbH & Co. KG in around three weeks.
